Return & Refund Policy — Craft Goods Hub
1. Returns
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we’re unable to provide a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The bottle must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- You must include a receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Returns are accepted only for unopened nicotine products purchased directly from craftgoodshub.com.
- Please do not return items to the manufacturer—all returns must be handled through Craft Goods Hub customer service.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Because nicotine products are consumable products and due to health and safety requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used nicotine products
- Bottles with broken seals, tampered packaging, or any visible signs of use
- Products bought during sales, clearance, or promotional events
- Gift cards or digital downloads
Once a nicotine eLiquid is opened, it is considered final sale, including cases where you’re unhappy with the flavor or prefer a different nicotine strength.
3. Refunds (when applicable)
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund request is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Delays or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, please:
- Review your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times can vary).
- Contact your bank (posting can take a few business days).
If you’ve done all of the above and still don’t see the refund, reach out to us at cs@craftgoodshub.com.
5. Exchanges (when applicable)
Exchanges are available only if an item arrives defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email cs@craftgoodshub.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For safety and reliable delivery, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
Returns sent without tracking are not guaranteed to be received.
7. Sale / Promotion Items
All items purchased through sale, clearance, or promotional pricing are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
