This Shipping Policy explains how Craft Goods Hub processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on craftgoodshub.com. Our store sells nicotine products only. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Processing Times

  • Order processing: Typically 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) begin processing on the next business day.
  • Verification: We may complete age verification and/or payment verification before shipping. If extra information is required, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard (Ground) Shipping: Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited shipping: Available options (if any) will be shown at checkout.
  • Adult signature: An adult (21+) signature may be required at delivery. Any carrier fees associated with adult signature service are non-refundable.
  • Heat/Cold advisory: Extreme temperatures may impact products. To help protect product quality, we may adjust shipping timing (for example, avoiding weekend holds) to reduce exposure during transit.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

  • Real-time shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and chosen service level.
  • Free shipping limits: Free shipping does not include expedited services or adult-signature surcharges where required by law or carrier policy.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $49 or more (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free Standard (Ground) shipping to eligible U.S. addresses.

Service Area and Restrictions

  • United States: We ship to most U.S. states and territories where permitted by law.
  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO: Availability depends on the carrier and shipping method. If it’s not available at checkout, please use a physical street address.
  • International shipping: Not currently available for nicotine products.
  • Compliance restrictions: We do not ship to locations where nicotine product sales or shipments are prohibited or restricted. Orders placed to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package leaves our warehouse.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after a label is created.

Address Changes and Order Edits

We begin processing quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact support immediately with your order number. Craft Goods Hub is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Delivery Issues

Delayed or Stalled Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for:

  • 7 business days (Standard), or
  • 3 business days (Expedited), please contact both the carrier and our support team. We’ll assist with starting an inquiry.

Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking does not confirm delivery within the carrier’s investigation timeframe. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved claims may be replaced or refunded depending on stock availability.

Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

Please:

  • Confirm the shipping address
  • Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your mailroom

If the package still can’t be found, contact the carrier to open a “missing mail” case or delivery trace. We do not replace or refund orders marked as Delivered unless the carrier approves a claim.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed may be refunded minus:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Adult signature fees
  • A restocking fee (up to 15%)

Temperature Holds and Split Shipments

To help protect product quality, we may delay shipping during extreme temperatures or split an order into multiple packages when necessary—at no additional cost.

Fraud Prevention and Compliance

We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged for suspected fraud, failed age verification, payment concerns, or restricted shipping destinations. Canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Taxes and Fees

  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
  • Carrier-assessed fees (including adult signature fees) are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. Updates take effect when posted and will include a revised effective date.
